How to Order

We accept payment online or by BACS transfer. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from our suppliers. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is required so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order.

We require a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.

We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo via PayPal.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund.

Delivery Information

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Morpheus Gym Design, or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. Each order must be followed by the completion of a Delivery & Installation form by you. Morpheus Gym Design will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges.


All installations will be carried out by us, or our partners.


Any claims by the customer that the equipment does not conform to equipment listed on the website must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. The equipment concerned shall not be subject to any process nor disposed of until the vendor has had the opportunity to make an inspection and/or test the equipment. The customer shall examine the equipment upon delivery and if any items are damaged or missing should state details on the Equipment received note.

Warranty Information

All products on our website are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other than a residential house, you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in. No manufacturer’s warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care.
