Home Gym Hampstead

We were contacted to consult on a fit-out for a home gym in Hampstead. Our client wanted to change and upgrade some key pieces of home gym equipment which would give them greater variety for their home fitness training programmes. In particular, the client expressed an interest in a dual cable pulley machine which would offer a multitude of exercises for all parts of the body, and not take up much space in the gym.

As the gym was already fitted-out with gym equipment it was necessary to remove most of it before the installation of the new home gym equipment could take place. Given the gym was in the basement of the property accessible via a small staircase it was a somewhat tricky proposition to extract and remove the gym equipment.

GYM DESIGN AND LAYOUT

Once the room had been cleared of the old gym equipment we were able to deliver and install the new equipment which required plenty of manpower to ensure the equipment was moved through the property safely and down the tight staircase into the gym. Care had to be taken to ensure the Bravo functional trainer and treadmill were installed carefully due to their size relative to the narrow staircase.

GYM EQUIPMENT

We provided the client with a couple of good-quality gym equipment brands to choose from. They chose Cybex gym equipment which includes in their range the Bravo Advanced Functional trainer which has a smaller profile compared to most dual cable pulley machines and so is ideal for rooms where space, in particular height, is at a premium.

The list of gym equipment we provided for this home gym project was as follows.

1 x Cybex 625T Treadmill

1 x Cybex 625R Recumbent Bike

1 x Cybex Adjustable Bench

1 x Cybex Bravo Functional Trainer
